I live with my mother and my friend carol. Our house is on the third floor of a flat of of four floors. We have four bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, washrooms, bathroom and dinning hall. We have a washing machine which makes laundry easier. We also have a sheltered patio area at the back of our house where you can view the city of Nairobi from.
The house is 15 minutes away from the city center and 5 minutes walk to the bus stop. We like cooking, watching movies and singing.
Additional Info
Our paying guest will have his/her own set of keys and can come whenever they feel like, the microwave is there to warm your dinner:)

About the Area
The apartment is located near mbagathi roundabout next to a big shopping mall which is just 5 minutes walk from the house. We also have a hospital opposite this shopping mall and the bus stop is just around the corner 5 minutes away.
The shopping mall has everything you need, supermarket, clothes, cyber though we have internet in the house, eating joints.

Meals

House Rules
Smoking is not permitted inside the house. There is a sheltered patio area outside the back where smoking is permitted.
Please keep our home secure and double-lock the front door using the small key for the top lock and the large key for the bottom lock, both when entering and leaving the house
No pets allowed inside the house
Please do not adjust the heat settings yourself, ask me and I will happily turn up/down for you depending on your requirements
Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after!
Keep noise to a minimum after midnight please
Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance
Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home!
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
