A dense condo suburb predominantly occupied by expatriates (big Japanese and Korean crowd). A mall with everything you wld need is just 2 mins walk away. 7-11 and McD's is another 2 mins away too.
The whole building has wifi, including public areas ie pool, gym and lobby. You will be given key access to the apartment. Whenever Im in (most mornings and evenings), feel free to chat and ask me anything. Happy to recommend places to go, tho I may not be the best at it.

About the Area
Located in a predominantly expat area in KL - Mont Kiara. Near to the heart of KL and PJ and the vicinity.
15 mins drive to city centre. Easy access to taxis, but you wld need to walk abt 5 mins to the nearest bus stand that will take you to the heart of the city (Central Market/Kota Raya). There is a luxury bus liner stop that will take you to Singapore (Balestier Plaza) just 3 mins walk away. 5 mins walk to Mont Kiara International School. 10 mins walk to Garden International School. If you hv your own car, the better as you can park onsite 24/7 free of charge. In normal traffic, except morning and evening rush hour:

10 mins to One Utama Shopping Centre/IKEA/IKANO Power Centre/The Curve
10 mins to Bangsar/Brickfields/Mid Valley/The Gardens

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
