Homestay4u at USJ Subang Jaya is a spacious Double Storey Terrace-linked, fully furnished House with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with all the facilities for the utmost comfort of a home sweet home. We can cater comfortably 12 people and it means plenty of space for you & your loved ones. It is located in a well-guarded residential area. You will have a very nice and quiet space to stay as the area is very calm during the day and night. There's a small park with playground nearby so it's perfect for families! There is a nice outdoor space where you can relax or enjoy a barbecue.

There is parking spot available if you are bringing your car. There's also a nearby bus stop conveniently located in a walking distance if you need to get to somewhere. The best part is Kuala Lumpur is only 25 mins away and Shah Alam is 13 mins from this area! Our house is also located strategically near hotspots:
Shopping Malls/Attractions: Sunway Lagoon (15 mins), Empire Subang (10 mins), Subang Parade (10 mins), OneCity (8mins)
Transportation: Subang Airport (18 mins), KTM Subang (10 mins), KTM Batu Tiga (10 mins). We can arrange for transportation needs at additional cost.

House Rules
No shouting/loud music. Please also turn off the air conditioner and the light when you leave the room or when not in use. No wild party, no alcohol, no non-halal food and no rowdy behavior on the premise.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
