Ridzuan Condominium is a High End Luxurious Condominium that is situated in Bandar Sunway. My unit which is an End Lot @ 15 Floor is Fully Furnished , well equipped and maintained, with built ups at 1468 sq ft.
It has several facilities that you can enjoy. If you like working out, you can use the squash or tennis courts for a quick game with your friends. For those who enjoy swimming, the swimming pool is open for a refreshing dip any time of the day.
You can also do your own grocery shopping at the mini-market downstairs and a launderette is also on hand. The entire condo is security monitored 24/7. This Condo sits right beside PJS 10 Park for you to work out or for an evening stroll or for your daily morning jog. PJS 10 Park has beautiful landscaping, thriving greenery, jogging tract, lake and children’s playground.
A lot of Life Style Amenities surround the condominium such as Sunway Pyramid, a Mega Mall is so close that you can simply walk right over. This was Malaysia’s first themed entertainment and shopping mall completes with two major Department Stores, two Supermarkets, a Cinema Complex and hundreds of specialility and designers stores. Its most distinctive design is the Pyramid with a lion that guards the entry way of the mall. Avid ice skaters will love this mall because it has an ice skating rink. When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
