A bungalow house in located in Section 16, Petaling Jaya precinct, a quiet neighbourhood with accessibility of public transportation. We wouldn't mind picking up or dropping off the guest with our own transportation, we just have to make prior arrangements.
You can get to KL city centre or the nearest LRT station by bus. Close proximity to major towns in Petaling Jaya ie SS2, Section 14, PJ old & new town. Local eateries and 24-hour convenient shop are 2 minutes drive away. There is a local night market on every Tuesday and is close to Jaya One and Columbia Hospital and University Malaya. The house is a 5 minutes drive away from LDP (Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong) & 8 minutes drive away from Federal Highway.
Section 16 is a charming location located in Petaling Jaya just an 5-minute drive from Eastern Hotel and Sprint Highway, connecting to prime locations ie Kuala Lumpur Golf and Country Club (KLGCC), Taman Tun Dr Ismail (TTDI), Sri Hartamas & Mont Kiara. a 15-minute drive from Sunway Lagoon Theme Park and One Utama Shopping Mall. Kuala Lumpur International Airport is a 45-minute drive away.
The house has 3 furnished bedrooms and 2 washrooms available for guests. There is a living hall, a dining area, a dry kitchen, a wet kitchen, a porch & a big garden suitable for outdoor activities such as BBQ or some leisure drinking session with friends. Only 2 human occupant in the house... yours sincerely and her boyfriend, and some dogs and chicks as companion. We speak English, Mandarin, and local languages.
The nearby shopping malls are Paradigm Mall, Tropicana City Mall, Sunway Lagoon, Sunway Pyramid, 1 Utama Shopping Centre, IKEA Damansara, The Curve, and IPC Shopping Centre.
A direct bank transfer of the room rate is preferred prior to the stay

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
