We a family of two people, myself Rita and my partner Vince . We live in a safe area in the South Area Bormla yet close to all the amenities. We are a short walking distance from bus stop (that can take you to Valletta or the north f the island along with shops and restaurants).
We are perfectly located if guest will be either working or studying at America University Malta.

About the Area
Our house location is on the south side . We are 5 minute away from Valletta while using ferry or bus. there is only a 2 minutes walk to the closest bus stop. This location is very popular by tourists due to cultural history.

Two of my students stayed with Rita for 3 weeks and and they absolutely loved it. Communication with Rita was very easy, everything went smoothly, she was very helpful and the girls felt like at home! I definitely recommend her and hope we can coperate again in future.

Four of my students on internship stayed at Rita's for a month. Rita was the perfect host, she really took great care of the students. Thanks a lot for her kindness and all the little things that made the life of my students much better ( Fanny's birthday for example). I strongly recommend Rita.

Everything was as described. Rita was very welcoming and gave as a lot of tips. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the apartment. The place was very clean and there was a friendly and confortable atmosphere.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
