Location is set between Gzira & Sliema Malta's top holiday destination. We are two minutes on foot from the main bus stop. Valletta the capital is a only a 15 minutes bus ride away. St Julian and Sliema bay 5-15 minutes bus drive. Most enjoyable by our guest's apartment is 5 minutes walk to ferries where you can take a boat to the blue lagoon in Comino island, and Gozo the sister island, Many scuba diving schools in the area, restaurants, bars, and all facilities

House Rules
Some Tips during your stay and very simple house rules. Please read this info so you have an enjoyable stay and make the best of your stay .(google translate to your language if need be)
From less than one minute walk you find beautiful Seaview promenade simply full of breath-taking sights, especially coastlines which offer panoramic views to the seas that make Malta known as the center of the Mediterranean .a coastline of the magnificent promenades that cross 6 villages that go from, Pieta to Imsida, to ta xbiex to Gzira to Sliema and then ends in St. Julians. You can get the ferries to do around the whole island of malta trips, go to Comino island and the blue lagoon, visit Valletta and the 3 old cities, You would not really experience Malta if not visiting the 3 old cities, Valletta and Mdina. You can visit by boat or by bus from next to the apartment
You get the ferries from across the road from the Zara cloth shop.
1)Closest big supermarket 3 stops away bus numbers 13,13A,14,16,21,22,25,N13 (stop at bus Stop l-Imsida ) ,
2)Just 2 stop from the bus stop next to the apartment (bus stop tal-Pieta) using all the buses at the bus stop. you find within meters away (BROWN`s pharmacy, bank ATM, cake shop, Maltese pastries shop (very cheap and good )hairdresser and some restaurants, cake shops, coffee shops, and ice cream shops across the water at the (Imside church )side along the seafront. Directions to grocery shop, once at the (bus Stop l-Imsida ) on the left of the bus stop you see (Brown's pharmacy )in the corner, go up the street on the left-hand side and you find TCF opposite. They always have daily fresh fruit and vegetables in the van outside and all necessary groceries from inside.
Simple house rules
1) All kitchen utensils to be washed when used and put in place
2) Please remember to keep the insect screen on all windows closed because mosquitoes
3)No type of shoes in the shower cubicle. please only one person to use the shower at a time.
4)No hot pots or pans on the kitchen countertop, please use the plastic trivet
5)We would appreciate the air condition to be switched off before you leave the apartment to enjoy your day.
6)Please respect neighbors and other guests at all times

Your host is a non-smoker.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
