We welcome you to our modernised 1950s Townhouse situated in the village core of the lovely village of Zejtun (Città Beland). Our house is situated in the South Eastern region of Malta in a quiet area yet close to all amenities, heritage sites are only 10 minutes away by car (three cities, temples .. ), the beaches such as St Peter's pool, St Thomas bay, Pretty Bay are also very close by.
Our house is 2 minutes walk from the nearest bus stop (named Alfredo or Diacono) which gives you access to all major routes. University MCAST Paola is few minutes away hence making it easier for students who are studying there or have their internships.

To experience the Maltese way of life, tradition, food and culture.
The house consists of a living room, a kitchen and a dining area with a beautiful terrace/garden and outdoor kitchen (a perfect place to relax) and the family bathroom at ground floor level, 2 single and twin bedrooms and the guest bathrooms are situated on the first and second floors.
Students can practice their English speaking whilst living with English speaking hosts.

We are living on the property, and we are available to offer guidance and advice to guests. We are very friendly and outgoing hosts.

• A Day In lovely Gozo
We will spend a lovely day in Gozo. The day includes the guest and car ferry ticket, fuel, traditional breakfast and lunch with the locals, tour around Gozo including stops (will give you the schedule), boat tour and swimming in one of Gozo's hidden/famous beaches, visit at Ta' Pinu Cathedral, boat trip, Citadel including 5 museums, Ggantija prehistoric temples, Windmill, and more...
• Exploring Malta in 4 hours from North to South
This tour is very famous since we will be exploring the most famous villages/towns/cities of Malta in 4 hours from North to South, including a stop to taste the famous Pastizzi and the traditional drink Kinnie.
• Traditional Maltese cooking class
We will re-create 1900s (or older) Maltese famous dishes that can still be found in local restaurants
• Malta Airport to home

About the Area
My house is situated in the South Eastern region of Malta in a historical area close to all amenities and shops, heritage sites, beaches including St Peter's Pool, Preety Bay, St Thomas Bay.. We are also very close to University MCAST Paola, hence students coming over for their studies or internship may find this very comfortable

Our house rules are quite simple : Be kind to others, tidy up after yourself, be honest.
Guests are not allowed to bring friends in the room without my permission
Room is to be kept clean
Towels are changed whenever needed and linen every week

This was a first experience of Homestay. It was absolutely brilliant - above and beyond what I was expecting. Elaine and the whole family made me totally welcome and part of them, a truly immersive Maltese venture. Elaine showed me round the island - the parts that the tourist bus wouldn’t reach. And took me through some Maltese cooking. The kids took charge of informal language teaching after dinner, ‘hard but fair’ to quote, and we laughed a lot. Would I go again? You bet!

The house is very quiet and clean, Elaine and Victor were very kind and helpful in recommending places to visit. The dinner was different every day but always good.

J'ai passé un agréable séjour de 3 semaines dans la famille. Dès l'arrivée il m'ont mise à l'aise et Elaine m'a donné pleins de conseils pratiques et indiqué les choses à visiter à Malte. La famille est très attachante, serviable et aux petits soins. Les deux enfants sont polis et très sympas. Même si nous sommes plusieurs français la règle est de parler anglais ce qui est une bonne chose. Pour finir, les repas faits maison sont excellents ! Merci pour tout :)

I thank you for all this makes me really happy to meet you, you are an adorable family and I admit that I was a little scared at the beginning because I never went so far from my parents, but you filled the gap from my parents and thanks to you I have had the best four weeks of my life I wish you all the best in the world because you deserve success above all, I have transferred your home to my relatives if they want to come and spend a stay in Malta You are at the top ! Elaine and Victor make everything to make you feel at home. The house is clean and roomy. Food is absolutely great. We can share some time talking about a great variety of subjects and they are very helpful if you need anything. I highly recommend!

J'ai adoré mon séjour. Hôtes très agréable et accueillants. Je recommande.
Localisation à l'entrée de Zejtun par la voie rapide. L'arrêt de bus le plus proche se trouve à environ 5 minutes de marche.Amazing hosts. Do not hesitate to ask if you need help. I loved living with the family.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
