Joan es estupenda, cariñosa y siempre pendiente de todo lo que puedas necesitar durante tu estancia. La habitación es grande y tiene baño propio. La cocina está bien equipada.

I have spent 3 pleasant months in Joan’s for my internship in Malta. Before coming, I wasn’t very confident since it was my first experience abroad on my own, but Joan put me at ease as soon as I met her. During the stay, she was always here when I needed her. In addition to that, the apartment was modern and comfortable to stay in.

I stayed here for a week and can fully recommend it. Joan is a lovely friendly lady who is always available to help with anything you need to know or do. Her cooking was fantastic and something I will miss!
The flat is situated just off the main square with all local amenities close by. It's clean and beautifully decorated The bus stop to the capital Valletta is also nearby.

I really recommend this accommodation. I couldn't have wished for a better place to come to in Malta. I stayed there for 4 months and Joan looked after me very well. She is a very generous and helpful person who made me feel at home. The flat is amazing and functional.

I had a wonderful stay at Joanna's accommodation. There is not one thing that I could complain about. She is such a lovely and caring host. She is doing everything that it feels like home for you. I booked the full package including cooking. She is a perfect cook. I really liked her dishes. Her house is very central. Valletta is just 20 minutes away from the accommodation and it is really worth a visit. You are able to reach every single corner of the country just by bus. The bus system is really simple to handle. The beaches around Joanna's home are marvellous. Crystal clear water and a stunning view. In general, Malta is a perfect travel destination. It is full of history and outstanding architectures. I sincerely miss Joanna and my gorgeous flatmate over there.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
