We live in a beautiful area called Pembroke and very close to Paceville which is known as St Julians and surrounded by many language schools .it is also within walking distance to the beach and close to the shopping centre and supermarket ,We live in a six bedroom terraced house with three bathrooms and a roof garden ,we host students all year as we are in a very central area. We also offer the use of kitchenette and use of the roof garden , arrangements from the airport to Pembroke can be arranged for 20 euros .A deposit of 25 per cent will be paid upon booking.
Additional Info
Transport from the airport here and there can be arranged also for an extra 5 euros per day will include an evening meal.

About the Area
Our house is situated in a beautiful area ,we live in a quiet area and we are within walking distance to the beach and close to the shopping centre. Also we are in walking distance to Paceville and Bay Street where one could find the Bowling Alley ,Cinemas, bars ,restaurants which are very busy through out the day and especially in the evenings, the accommodation is for a private room , free wifi , use of kitchenette and use of roof garden

Welcoming house Jeff and Tanya are friendly. The house is large but there are too many guests for the same bathroom and especially for the toilet!

Can you help me out or maybe homestay because i cannot remember this booking as the last time i hosted with Homestay is well over a year and a half ago , also would like to point out that i have 1 bedroom ensuite plus another bathroom , i do not think this review is a fair review as it has been so long that i cannot remember who you are so i cannot respond , reviews should not be allowed to be sent after all this time

They were not my host family but my FAMILY in Malta! Enjoyed every moment and I am really thankful that I had the opportunity to meet them. I recommend the Butters to everyone who wants to feel at home abroad and who wants to feel comfortable, happy and welcomed.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
