I live in a Semi-detached house located in a quiet residential seafront area in Pembroke, together with my husband George. Just round the corner you will find a supermarket and a magazine shop. Every room is equipped with a kettle and a toaster and a communial fridge is provided for the guests. Our home and the groundfloor apartment are just 10 to 15 minutes walk from the nightlife hub of Malta which is Paceville. Here is a tourist area where you find cinemas, bowling centre, hotels, takeaways and restaurants. My house and the apartment are 5 minutes walk from a rocky beach and 15 minutes from St. George's sandy beach.
In Paceville St. Julians there are many English language schools and so one can go to school on foot since we are only 15 minutes away. We have 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms for the use of tenants. All rooms lead either to terrace or back yard. In summer is provided a standing fan. Price of room is 20 euros nightly from november to March 30 euros from May to October. 23 December to 2 January is 30 euros nightly.

The groundfloor one bedroom apartment is attached to our house but having its own entrance. It accomodates 2 persons. Having one double bedroom where the beds can be joined or separated, bathroom, laundry room, living/ fully equipped kitchen room, having netflix and youtube on tv. Also has a yard. The price for the apartment is 40 euros per night or 800 euros for 30 nights. Price includes bills. Minimum stay is 3 nights and maximum is 90 nights. Smoking is only allowed by the gate of the driveway. Smoking is strictly not allowed in the house nor the apartment, not even in the yard. No parties are allowed and no loud noise after 10pm. Parking is available free on the street. Strictly only 2 persons are allowed to stay on the premises, but friends are allowed to visit according to government rules regarding covid19. Bus stop is just opposite the house with regular buses coming around.
Down my street go down 2 busses. One goes directly to the capital city of Malta which is Valletta. Another goes to the south of Malta. When one goes to the north, it is easy to go to Gozo by taking the Gozo ferry boat which only takes about 20 minutes.
We have 2 children, married and live on their own in another part of the country.
We host single males, single females, but no juniors in the house. In the apartment we host couples or singles but no juniors.
Minimum stay 3 nights, maximum 90 nights
Please payment of ECO tax is done on arrival plus cleaning fee of 10 euros for a room and 45 euros for the apartment.
Additional Info
We speak english and Italian in the house. Along my street one finds parking at all times and no time limit. Down my street go down 3 buses. One to the north and another to the south of Malta and the third goes directly to the capital city of Malta which is Valletta. We can always help you by giving you all the information you need to go round. With just 1Euro 50cents for one day bus ticket, you can go round anywhere.

House Rules
For the safety and privacy of our tenants, no friends or relatives of the guests are allowed in the house. Always wear decent clothing in all inside and outside of the house. The house is not self catering . The kitchen is only to be used by the host. Laundry is done by the host on request at a charge of 8 euros. Smoking is is allowed only in the driveway. I do not host juniors. If keys are lost, the guest has to pay the expences directly to the host for replacement.

Mon séjour chez Rita était tout simplement formidable !! La proximité de la plage est vraiment un plus, tout comme le service du petit déjeuner. La maison se situe près de tout. Epicerie, arrêt de bus juste en face, à 10min à pied de Paceville.
La chambre et la salle de bain étaient très propre tout comme le reste de la maison. Rita et son mari sont des personnes très accueillantes, très gentilles et m'ont aidé et conseillé tout au long de mon séjour chez eux. Ils ont su être arrangeant et garder mes valises toute la journée avant mon départ.
Je vous recommande sans hésitation la maison de Rita!

La maison de Rita est très bien située face à la mer dans un décor "de carte postale" au calme et cependant tout près de zone touristique avec les grands hôtels et les boutiques- L'accueil chez Rita est agréable avec toutes les infos utiles et toujours prête à me rendre service pour réserver un taxi ou imprimer mon billet d'avion, je recommande !!!

A great pleasure to meet Rita and her husband and stay in their house.
A nice place along the sea, very nice in the morning, quiet.
Bus stop nearby, and Paceville where it was very nice to have a drink in the evening.
Rita is very caring and her husband a good counselor to discover Malta.
We arrived late and after coming to pick us up at the bus stop, we shared a nice exchange.

It s very Close to the see with a wonderful view from the house.

Rita and her husbond's home is the absolutely best I could hope for when I did the booking. They are taking really good care of you and making sure that you are 100% satisfied while staying in their lovely and warm maisonette. I will definately advice Rita's home stay as an option. Very good value for a very nice price in a quiet area only 10-15 minutes walk from the beach or central area.

When can I share my contact details?
