Hi, we have a a couple of rooms to rent on a weekly basis. It is a large house and is close to supermarkets, bus stops and the sea is just a 2 minute walk away. We are a family of 4 including 2 young children. We also have a dog, she is a harmless pointer cross, she barks sometimes at people coming into house but is scared of her own shadow. Partly house trained buy she is lazy so sometimes goes to the toilet where she pleases, so sorry about that.
Even though use of the kitchen in unchecked it seems I also need to write it here, we do not have a kitchen for guest to use.

My experience was terrible! The house and the room were very dirty. I stayed there for 8 nights, and the room was cleaned not once. The dog tried to bite me several times. It peed sometimes on the bathroom floor, and the smell was very bad. There were frequently a lot of cockroaches in the room. And the worst thing: there was no air conditioning in the room, only a very small fan and it didn't work well and the room was very, very hot.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
