Hello my house is on two floors and has living room, kitchen three bedrooms, living room and two full bathrooms and a half bath on the ground floor, the house is within the city and have two beautiful pets are two small dogs. Two bedrooms available for guests with a double bed and bathroom and the other with two single beds. My family consists of 3 children, a married daughter and two sons studying college outside of Cancun, so I'm alone most of the year I am a cheerful, enthusiastic, helpful person and I like to meet people from other countries and guide them to know the most beautiful places in this part of the country.

About the Area
The house is 20 minutes from the airport and 8 min from downtown and the beginning of the hotel zone, the bus stop is on the corner of the street where this house, we also have the taxi radio, the shopping center is four blocks, we all very close.

Laura was a wonderful host, going out of her way to make your stay enjoyable. We got to her house very late at night. Though it was not agreed to eat at her place, she offered us dinner. She also picked us up from the airport and took us to the airport (for a very fair fee) even though it was very late and the drop off was extremely early in the morning. She only speaks Spanish so it is most suited for people who are able to communicate in Spanish. I would highly recommend her as a host.

Laura Eugenia was a very generous hostess. She was welcoming and included me in a couple of activities with her friends.
The room in her house was clean and comfortable, and in what looked to be a very up-market neighbourhood.
Despite all of this, there were a couple of issues.
Number one: I do not speak fluent Spanish and Laura Eugenia does not speak English - or if she does, she did not speak it with me. The second issue was that her house is in a remote neighbourhood from central Cancun action. Not knowing about Cancun, I did not realise this.
If you are a fluent Spanish speaker and do not mind being away from the centre of town, then this is a nice place to stay.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
