Set in Cancun in the Caribean region, Room in Gran Santa Fe features a terrace and city views. Guests staying at this holiday home have access to free WiFi, barbecue, parking and a prived bathroom. Staff at reception can lend a hand around the clock with advice on the area .. Cancun International Airport is 9 km away about 10 min driving.
About our family, we are a family of four with two children Santiago is 10 years old and Victoria with 3 years old. We are pleased to help and meet people from different cultures, help and have a good time sharing.
We usually work during the week and on weekends we like to cook and go to the beach, visit new cenotes, sometimes go to the movies, we enjoy going to the gym, we are both dedicated to helping people and friends to train, do and help people to create habits of exercise, nutrition and a healthier life.
We enjoyed cooking and going out to different places to eat.

About the Area
Our house is located in the southern part of the city of Cancun, about 15 minutes from the airport, Gran Santa Fe is a quiet residential area and nearby there are several places to eat, a renowned supermarket and public transport stop, our house is on the street and parking space.
It is a very quiet and safe area for outdoor activities such as running, go for a bike ride or walk on a beautiful sunset.

Excelente estancia. La casa está en una de las mejor partes al sur de la ciudad de Cancún, una seccion nueva con solo buenas residencias. La habitación que es completamente privada con cerradura de alta seguridad. Tiene un buen colchón, un nuevo aire acondicionado y acceso a wifi de alta velocidad. El bañó es todo nuevo y el acceso a la cocina y terraza aseguran una estancia perfecta. Los propietarios son encantadores. Sin duda repetiré en futuras visitas a la ciudad. Le doy mi maxima recomendación.

I booked the room, and it turned out there was no such an address. The taxi driver helped call the owner again and again, no one answered. I wasted my booked fee and trust.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
