Hello, my wife and I are two psychologists who since 2014 ventured into renting rooms for students, professionals and tourists seeking to optimize their economic resources without sacrificing quality and good treatment. The apartment is inside my house (at the top), has an independent entrance, has three bedrooms, for now I have two available. I rent them exclusively to women. It has all the services including internet. During your stay you can exercise with the professional elliptical (zero impact), base to exercise abdomen and on the terrace there is support for you to exercise your arms with exercises such as chin-ups. There is a roofed clothing area and a terrace with swings.
The house has access to public transport, there is a taxi site that has already perfectly located the house or in your case those of UBER also already have our location. 10 minutes away is the metro station Copilco and Ciudad Universitaria, there is public transportation to Dr. Gálvez metrobus, Avenida Insurgentes and Avenida Universidad. 7 minutes away is Plaza Privanza, Plaza Cantil, Plaza Copilco in which there are shops and banks. The commercial centers of Gran Sur and Perisur are 20 minutes away and the Coapa Villa, Azteca Stadium, Tlalpan Center and Cuernavaca exit are approximately 35 minutes away.
For security reasons, during the stay is not allowed to enter other people (or entry by exit), meetings or parties are not allowed, the use is exclusive for the use of the person who book by Homestay.

About the Area
Our house is located 35 minutes from Mexico City Airport, 10 minutes from University City (UNAM), 20 minutes from Coyoacan Nurseries and Coyoacan Center. The house is located in a popular colony, where from very early on there is movement of the people who take their children to the schools, who go to the milk to the church (it is to 5 min walking), is a zone with much Commerce in the surrounding avenues. The local transport is constant together with never missing taxis in the area.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

Do not ingest alcohol, smoke or use drugs. Do not enter any person (parties or meetings). Do not guns, do not generate excessive noise or disturbances.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
