Beautiful house chalet-type, with multilingual family, 2 cats and 2 dogs. Our house is located 40 minutes away from downtown, in a very suburban-type kind of zone.
It's close to a police station, so it's a very safe zone. There's also a supermarket close by, as well as some other services such as a bank, cafés and various gyms. We're 10 minutes away from Malls, corporates (such as Microsoft and Ford), Universities (IBERO and Tec de Monterrey) and mayor private hospitals. There's also a park a block away from our house. FYI, both universities have bus stops around the corner.
We offer an independent bedroom with it's own bathroom and shower; with access to family kitchen, living room and garden terraces. The bedroom has a desk table, single bed, and a set drawers.
We're an easy going family, that loves to cook and bake. We enjoy visiting museums and we'd love to show you around! The languages spoken fluently are: Spanish, English and French.

Eunice family is so family oriented and very responsible lovely family. The family always eat meals to gather and always communicate. Mother and daughters often cook together. All meals are an excellent. Father and daughter's Special home made package is an excellent. Mother and Daughters Lasagna is an excellent. We had family Tea time in Living Room makes very comfortable. They even serve dishes to the table and just like first class Family Style Restraint. They also took me for sight seeing, University of Mexico Campus and went to an excellent Mexican Dinner. I had a private room for my self. All dogs are very friendly. You can definitely trust this family. No worries. Happy Family. Comfortable. Relaxed. You can have worthwhile vacation. I am confident that I can recommend this family.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
