Our apartment is located in one of the best areas of Mexico City, La Colonia Napoles, 5 streets from WTC of the City of Mx, one street from the metrobus Napoles, 20 minutes from the center of Mexico City, in one of the most important financial areas of the country, as well as super connected and safe to live.

Payment must be made in advance and in cash.

Guests are not allowed to the apartment or room
It is not allowed to introduce any type of food, alcohol or drugs, or similar in the room.
It is possible to cancel free of charge 1 week before the planned admission date, after that date, the total of one week is charged as a penalty.
The guest is responsible for their actions inside and outside the department and will respond for any damage generated.
• Official identification (ID, Passport, IFE) is required to complete access.
• Animals are not allowed inside the house, for reasons of hygiene and to avoid possible allergies.
• Nor is it allowed for guests to access other people inside the house, at any time, this is for reasons of public safety.
• The general cleaning is done once a week, therefore it is suggested to keep the rooms and the bathroom clean and tidy.
• It is severely prohibited inside the room: smoking, drinking alcohol, using drugs, shouting, whipping doors or windows, connecting to the electrical installation any type of appliance carried with itself (except for hair straighteners, dryer etc, use in the bathroom)
• It is suggested, be careful to turn off the light in the rooms, and close windows when the guest is outside the room.
• Each guest at the end of the stay must hand over the keys. If you lose them, you must replace them.
Any act harmful to others, inside and outside the house, is the total responsibility of the Guest, before, during and after their stay.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
