We are located south of the capital in a closed residential subdivision with 24-hour security and with a brightly lit park inside with exercise equipment. You can find public transportation, Walmart, bookstores, shopping centers, restaurants one block from the house. , we offer you a warm, friendly and respectful environment. We offer you a bedroom, you have 2 bathrooms that you share with other guests, it has a closet and a shared area with a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, Wi-Fi, electric grill, electric oven, all in an area independent from the rest of the house, so that your stay will be very quiet and comfortable.
We speak Spanish but we will be able to communicate in English.
We want you to spend some unforgettable days and we will support you in every way possible.

About the Area
Our house is located in a closed residential development with 24 hrs, south of the capital, very quiet and safe. Within the division we have a beautiful park with appliances for exercise, very careful and very light so if you love exercising or taking a walk at night run no risks.
One block from the house you will find public transport and Walmart close we cinemas, shopping centers, restaurants, bookstores, coffee shops etc and 20 min find nice bars and a canteen if you want to drink beer or tequila and listen or dance music from salsa , northern, pop etc.
Saturday there is a market rolling approx 6 blocks. where you can eat typical Mexican food.

House Rules
We have a quiet, respectful environment without violence or altercations, without drugs or alcohol, so you should keep it. The room is for one person so you can not accommodate anyone else in it. It is not allowed to receive visits for the safety of all the inhabitants of the house.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
