I am Anny, I live in a very comfortable house, with open spaces and decorated with special details, all with a story. The house is independent and is located one block from one of the most important avenues that connects all Guadalajara. It has 4 bedrooms, I have 2 and the other has a bathroom, spacious and ready to receive them. Upstairs is a studio with 2 rooms more bright, kitchenette and bathroom. Laundry for all to use. The ground floor has kitchen, breakfast room, dining room, lounge, bar and terrace, in a warm and friendly atmosphere. My home is conveniently located near two of the most important universities so I can accommodate people attending masters, diploma or special courses. Close to international companies so this house is ideal for professionals or executives who come for long stays.I am Image Consultant and business etiquette, I love crafts and gatherings of friends and family.

The house is located in a very well connected with public transportation one block, supermarkets, churches, hospitals, restaurants. 12 minutes from one of the oldest places of Guadalajara and 25 minutes from the newest designer labels square and delicious restaurants and bars. Only 35 minutes from the airport and the city center where there is the Teatro Degollado great.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
