Patty lives in the west of Guadalajara Kooks ... with your pet is adopted. You have access to parks, forest, restaurants, pharmacies, cafes, and plenty of areas for fun. The house has 5 recámaaras, dining room, kitchen is very bright and quiet especially on weekends. It has a terrace balcony on the top to rest, study or just relax. Patty speaks Spanish and English ... It has been an English teacher for 24 years and loves to teach. Her hobby is taking walks, reading, and especially the beach. She enjoys hanging out with friends and most importantly, meet new people. Has a predilection for Art History, World History, and much interest in cultures of other countries. I like healthy food and homemade ... Try to eat foods without preservatives. Occasionally going to salsa classes but he likes to swim when you have more chance.

My house is located west of the city. It is a totally safe area with all facilities nearby ... Both restaurants of all types, pharmacies, coffee shops, super-markets, malls, taxis and trucks access. It is considered one of the best areas of the city.

House Rules
You can use the kitchen but leave it clean once used. Respect others if music gets very early or late evening. Guest are not allowed to sleep but can have visitors. Lights or fans stop if people are not in place. On Sunday, the kitchen is not used ... It's day off ... Very important: The separated organic waste from inorganic going in containers that are in the kitchen. Keep your room as clean as possible ..

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
