I am a student and professional in Engineering I have 26 years and I am sharing the house with a young lady of 27 years who is studying medical specialty and everyone sleeps in their bedroom with their individual privacy. We carry a nice living over 1 year sharing the house existed and always respect and harmony, we are responsible with our work, so the atmosphere is very quiet. I am offering a furnished single room in 5000 with all utilities included, internet, water, gas, electricity, cleaning. The room is furnished with double bed, bureau, desk, dressing room. Daily cleaning is performed. The bathroom would be shared with one person, is constantly cleaned. You can use the kitchen appliances, dishes, etc, refrigerator, washing machine, they can use the dining room, you will feel very comfortable. I live Ciudad Granja suburb, located just 5 minutes from Galerias Guadalajara Mall along the metropolitan park next connection with this. It is very quiet and safe. The house is new and modern design. Seeking foreign students or Mexican, male or female, 18 to 29 years since I have seen from experience that the relationship between genres makes the environment is of more respect. Be respectful, neat and clean, students in the last semester of the carrer , masters or professionals who are looking near the U.Panamericana which is only 3 blocks walk, Monterrey Tec 20 min drive, peripheral UVM vallarta and 10 min, 20 min or UAG ITESO peripheral to 20 min by public transport or if desired walking 2 blocks Av is peripheral. In the colony spend 2 tours of truck just 1 block Preserve, the 629A route and Route 45. Them I hope it's to your liking. good day.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
