About the Homestay
Gaby and Hector live in a traditional, wooded, quiet neighborhood, with large media near the historic center of Guadalajara Jalisco, in a private space with a large outdoor patio with wooded terrace, nice place to live, sunbathing, reading , inside it has 2 large bedrooms and one medium available and a bathroom. On the ground floor: living room, kitchen, interior patio. We are craftsmen art lovers, especially music, film and painting, we like to walk around the city admiring the architecture. We have no pets and have a separate space as a workshop where design and build our crafts.

About the Area
Near the historic center The house is located south of the historic city center and very easy to get on, there is a light rail station one block away which crosses the city from south to north and in the center is to transfer the east, the center will make it 10 minutes for medium and 30 walking. From the airport to the house just 40 minutes by car, the bus stop is a 5 minute walk where several bus lines stop. The supermarket is 5 blocks away and 3 the Municipal Market, 15 minutes Chapultepec Avenue which is a wooded area where they can find a great variety of restaurants, cafés and bars, and own place to live is walking.

You can smoke freely, we do not smoke but we do not mind if others do, to leave the yard and keep the house locked when you cross the street to cancel you have to remove and replace the lock. No pets are allowed in the house. Feel free to use the kitchen when you want but Cundo clean finish. Do not invite strangers into the house, if you invite a friend acuérdalo us. Reduces noise past midnight at least. Enjoy your stay and try our home as you would your own

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
