We live 50 meters from the sea and 100 meters from a very famous and historic surf spot. Mazatlan is one of the beach destinations in Mexico most prestigious supplemented with a number of attractions such as Ecotourism, Diving, Surfing, Sailing, Sport and Game Fishing High depth Hunting Activity, Kayak, or just relax and rest oceanfront . Additionally Mazatlan offers cultural activities, sports and traditional festivals such as Carnaval International Theatre or multiple events with concerts, operettas, operas. The nightlife is very active in the historic center. Our city offers sun and beach and a superb climate for 10 months of the year. Begoña live my wife and I accompanied by our daughter Arantxa during school holidays and also accompanied by our other two daughters Ana and Alicia.The semi-detached house is located in a residential neighborhood very close to the historic center of the city and the main communication avenue that runs along the entire coast of Mazatlan. The house has a nice Pool and to spend the afternoon resting or reading patio. Leonardo works in his own business, which is a distribution company of chemicals for hygiene and sanitation. Additionally occasionally advises companies on the subject of Hygienic Food Handling certification to help them with the distinctive H of the Secretary of Tourism of Mexico. Leonardo is a professional with 30 years experience in Food Technology and Biochemical Engineering.

House Rules
Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Smoking is only allowed in the courtyard.
The condo has its own kitchen. Guests are asked to leave it clean each time they use it.
Do not invite strangers home unless you remember us before. Any party or meeting during the week should end at 12 noon maximum, notify if you schedule a weekend meeting.
Respect the house and not commit faults to morals and good manners.

From the time they picked me up to the time they dropped me at the airport they made me feel like family. Their home is large and in a great location for quiet and also easy access to everything in Mazatlan. My apartment was perfect with a nice fully equipped kitchen, privacy, good internet and very comfortable bed. Leonardo and Bego are WONDERFUL people and I enjoyed every minute of my stay with them. And Mazatlan is a great place to walk, eat and explore.

Nos gustó mucho la estancia con esta familia, muy buenos anfitriones, la habitación independiente fue genial, aire acondicionado, desayuno, a dos pasos de la playa, a 5 minutos del centro y catedral, Mazatlán es un destino de playa inigualable.
How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
