ENG. Simple, clean and well iluminated room ideal for travelers either for tourism or work. I live in the house but the guest will have his own space. The house is located in a low class popular neighborhood north of the city but close to Calle 60 norte with easy access to downtown (3.1 mi) or to the shopping malls north of the city and Mundo Maya Museum (1.8 mi).
ESP. Habitación sencilla, limpia y bien iluminada ideal para el descanso de viajeros por turismo o trabajo. Yo vivo en la casa pero el huésped tendrá su propio espacio. La casa esta ubicada en un barrio muy popular al norte de la ciudad pero cerca de la calle 60 norte con rápido acceso al centro de la ciudad (5 km) o a los centros comerciales del norte y Gran Museo del mundo maya (3 km).

ENG. There is a small kitchenette at home, feel free to use it. Please wash your dishes and help maintain a quiet environment (no loud music or noise at night), no drugs and no smoking inside the house. Guest's visits in the room are not allowed.
ESP. Siéntase libre de usar la cocineta en la casa. Por favor lave sus trastes y ayude a mantener un ambiente tranquilo (no música fuerte ni ruido en la noche), no drogas y no fumar dentro de la casa. No están permitidas visitas en la habitación.
FRA. N'hésitez pas à utiliser la kitchenette à la maison. Veuillez laver votre vaisselle et aider à maintenir un environnement calme (pas de musique forte ou de bruit la nuit), pas de drogue et ne pas fumer à l'intérieur de la maison. Les visites dans la chambre ne sont pas autorisées.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
