This was the best trip I could have ever taken. I had the best time staying with Mari and everything was perfect. She was very helpful with my travels, getting me to understand the culture, and choosing the best food so I can have the perfect trip. I had a good time with Mari and her daughter Andrea and Mari Carmen also provided a tutor so I could take reasonable priced spanish classes. I stayed for 2 months 10/10 would recommend.
The host, Mari Carmen, was really helpful and accommodating throughout my whole stay, making sure that my stay was comfortable and pleasant and going out of her way to make sure everything was OK.
The location is really superb. It is only a few blocks from the very fast and cheap metro, which I used daily. Within walking distance is a park which I used for running; a few cafés which serve delicious huevos rancheros, baguettes, and paninis for very cheap prices; a market (it was called City Market), which had groceries. The neighborhood was a really nice and safe one too!
