It is a four room spacious house. The main one has a small glass terrace.
1 1/2 bathrooms shared. Living, dining room and a small hall. And also a small table with two chairs in a small inner courtyard.
The house counts for the most part with the original furniture of the time (40`s). It is an old house, with old paint and old furniture, also old decoration with a few family antiques & very old family portraits.
A very small front garden, overlooking the street, with varied vegetation and an iron bench. A backyard with a wooden table and benches, where you can have breakfast or even a drink at night, if weather permitting. It is a very quiet place and, sometimes, very silent. There is a nìspero, a seasonal fruit tree, that attracts wild squirrels, and there`s also varied vegetation.
Three cats living indoors, and three dogs are in the front yard.

House Rules

Any guest can enter or leave the house at any time of the day or night, without restriction. However, it is very important to keep the doors closed properly after both entering and leaving.
I like the good organization, the use of everything that is available to my guests, as well as order and cleanliness. Although the preparation of the daily breakfast, besides being my host, is also to my liking, my guests have the freedom to serve themselves coffee, tea or water whenever they wish, although I will be grateful if they wash their dishes afterwards. Except the kitchen the entire first floor is common area, and guests can access them whenever they wish. Only the backyard will be restricted after a certain hour, or with my consent only. I do not mind the normal noise, although after 10:30 pm I ask for discretion, both by myself as well as by other guests. It will be a real pleasure to receive you in my place, and even more if you enjoy it. My house is your house. Please take care of it as you would take care of yours, and let me welcome you if there was a second visit.
