It depa is a very bright place, the rooms are good sized and guests can make common areas such as kitchen, living room and two bathrooms. I'm in a fifth floor so the view is interesting, the location is very good, I'm right in the middle of the downtown area and the most trendy neighborhoods (Roma-Condesa) so you can go on either bike or walking. Also there are two metro stations (Cuauhtemoc and Children Heroes) three blocks and metrubus Jardin Puskin and Cuauhtemoc station two blocks. We have a dog so we looked ratings "pet friendly".

At home my mother speaks only Spanish but I speak English and a little French.

About the Area

The house is located two blocks from Metrobus Garden Pushkin and Cuauhtémoc Cuauhtémoc and three blocks from subway and Niños Heroes' and Ecobici station very close.
The neighborhood is safe to walk is very familiar and only blocks can find cafes, bookstores, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, parks and the "trendy" Roma.
The airport is about half an hour but traffic can make up an hour or so better predict.

House Rules

Keep noise to a minimum after 11pm.
Wash everything and leave clean the kitchen whenever used.
No pets allowed.
No smoking indoors, smoking is allowed only in the garden and throw trash in the basket in the kitchen.
Separate waste into organic and inorganic.
Do not invite strangers into the house, if you want to invite a friend, I acuérdalo me before.
My house is your house so watch everything as if it were your own.
Respect the rooms and food of others, no one comes to your room so you do not go to anyone and do not eat things refrigerator that are not yours.

How do I book?

Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.

When do I pay?

Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.

When can I share my contact details?

Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
