Juan Carlos lives with his father William, in a bright and spacious apartment in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood in south-central Mexico City. The apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and a cheerful and bright room with a small terrace in front. The location within the city is ideal as it can be moved to areas of interest quickly and cheaply, traditional neighborhoods, shops, archaeological sites, monuments etc. From here everything is close and fascinating. John is an expert on the city and its best attractions and tours. Juan Carlos works south of the city as a consultant in urban planning. Cinema loves reading about history, swimming, Mexican cuisine, walking and taking photos of urban and natural landscapes.

About the Area
We are located in the center-south of the city, in the Colonia Del Valle, is a quiet, very well connected to downtown streets and public transport systems such as metro or bus section, wooded with several beautiful parks, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets , the metro or subway-bus, are less than a five minute walk and you connect to any part of town. From the airport you can reach by subway which is very economical for only third dollar.

The kitchen is available if you want you can even prepare your food, specializing in Mexican breakfasts. you can smoke, drink and do not overtighten. You can not invite strangers, if I want to invite a friend, acuerdalo me before.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
