Nuestros hijos, Lupita y Rolando, estaremos muy complacidos en recibirte en nuestra casa.
Nosotros vivimos en una casa grande con 10 recámaras que comparten 4 baños con agua caliente las 24 horas).
Además tenemos una cocina grande en común en donde podrás cocinar lo que gustes.
Nuestro red de internet es muy rápido.
Tenemos capacidad para recibir desde una persona hasta un grupo grande de invitados; solamente pregunta por nuestra disponibilidad.
La casa está muy bien ubicada porque todo está muy cerca caminando.
A Rolando y a mí nos encantaría platicar contigo para que practiques tu español, si tú así lo prefieres. O solamente, si gustas, podemos darte ciertas recomendaciones de paseo y comida.
En estancias de 1 semana como mínimo, si lo necesitas, te prestamos una bicicleta.
Pregunta por nuestra disponibilidad de habitaciones antes de reservar por favor.

About the Area
Nuestra casa está ubicada en el corazón del Centro Histórico de la Ciudad de Oaxaca a 2 cuadras del punto central.
Como estamos en el centro, la zona es muy transitada por personas y por automóviles y todo se encuentra caminando, por ejemplo:
Mercado típico a 4 cuadras, Mercado de artesanías a 5 cuadras, Supermercado a 6 cuadras, Templos católicos, Nieves típicas, comida de la calle, paradas de transporte público, Oxxo a 1 cuadra, el mercado más grande de la ciudad a 10 cuadras, varios restaurantes de comida vegana o comida de masa madre o de cualquier tipo y muchos más atractivos que visitar a muy pocos pasos.
Realmente estay muy bien ubicado para que tengas una estancia muy agradable.
Anímate, disfrutarás tu estancia.

1. El único lugar para poder fumar es en la terraza, lejos del tanque de gas.
2. No consumir drogas.
3. Para cuidar el vital líquido que es el agua, tus duchas deben ser rápidas.
4. Es un lugar de descanso para ti y los demás huéspedes, por lo tanto te pido, por favor, no hacer ruido.
5. Si ocupas la cocina, favor de dejarla en orden y limpia.
6. No es necesario azotar las puertas, ni de la entrada ni cualquier otra, todas cierran suavemente, solo verifica que haya cerrado.
7. No se permiten visitas.
8. El horario de la terraza es a más tardar a las 10 de la noche.

Lupita and Rolando were wonderful hosts. They made sure to check in on us most days my friend and I were there to see how we were enjoying our visit. Lupita provided us with so many wonderful recommendations of restaurants to eat at and they even took us to their favorite tlayuda place to eat! We both ended up getting a little sick and Lupita went the extra mile to get homepathic medicine for us. Their home is clean and they provide little extras like water, towels, shampoo and internet that made the stay extra nice. The house is a nice location, near a grocery store and a nice walk to the city center. I can't recommend their home enough, as Lupita and Rolando made the stay extra special. I will definitely be staying with them again the next time I go to Oaxaca.

My stay at Lupita and Rolando's casa was perfect. The accommodations were well lit, clean and attractive, and Lupita facilitated fantastic conversation. She knows a little English which helped, although my Spanish is intermediate level so it wasn't absolutely necessary. But she knows how to talk slowly and carefully, so that her words and ideas are understood. She was the most pleasant and caring hostess, and Rolando was friendly and welcoming also. I highly recommend this home!

Wonderful lodging and very welcoming hosts. Before we even arrived, Lupita sent a short video of activities in Oaxaca So that we might prepare our itinerary. Upon our arrival, we were welcomed and oriented to the house and area. They provided many recommendations such as excellent restaurants and sights. Each morning they provided a light, healthy breakfast while chatting with us in Spanish. It was a great opportunity for me to practice the language. Both Rolando and Lupita are very friendly and courteous, and their home is very clean. I would highly recommend this home stay to individuals and families!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
