somo 3 family my son daniel is manager of a wine brand, I'm the mother teresa and I am a teacher in a montessori school, my daughter is studying in jalapa Aranza is finishing college, and is vegetarian, live in the city of Oaxaca 10 minutes from downtown. the house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms dining room and kitchen to the slopes, on the way down this part of the garden where we grilled. We love good food and good wine, play games and watch TV. we like to run, we have a small dog.

About the Area
the house is in a quiet neighborhood, where all the streets are paved services no public transport, supermarket, churches, etc.. The house has all the services of gas, electricity, water, drainage etc.. We are very close to what is the historical center of the city of Oaxaca, near the house there are restaurants cafes, shops, supermarkets and schools, in reality everything is close, we have own vehicle but even truck is close to everything and the truck passes in the corner of the house. There are several towns and villages close to the city where she spent the weekends.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
