We live in the downtown area of the capital city of the State of Puebla Puebla is also called, it is a World Heritage Site and one of the most beautiful cities in Mexico.
The house is on the second floor and is very nice, has a central courtyard with a room where you can enjoy warm conversation, has a small dining area to enjoy outdoor meals.
The house has 3 bedrooms with bathroom each. Are arranged around the central courtyard.
There is a kitchen that communicates to the living and dining. The entire ground floor of the house is very open, airy and bright.

About the Area
The house is located in a lively neighborhood in the city. Staying here gives the opportunity for those who come to Puebla, to feel at home, surrounded by good services. The house is cozy and well equipped, located in a well connected by Urban transport (buses taxis) area, its location allows easy access to Centro Historico and interesting tourist areas of the city, all universities, pharmacies, cinemas, shops, and services needed for a good performance and everyday comfort. From here you can get anywhere easily.

House Rules
Smoking indoors is not allowed. There is a fenced yard in the back where smoking is allowed. Please keep our home safe and closes the front door with double back using the small key to lock up and the big key for the lock down, both when you enter and when you leave home. Pets are not allowed in the house. Please do not adjust the temperature of the house yourself / a, tell me and I will be happy / a to raise or lower it for you according to your needs. Smoking indoors is not allowed. There is a patio where smoking is permitted. Please keep our home safe and closes the front door locked, both when you enter and when you leave home. Pets are not allowed in the house. You can use the kitchen to prepare sensillar and clean when you finish meals. Reduce noise to a minimum after midnight, please.Do not invite strangers home, if you want to invite a friend, acuérdalo me before. Enjoy your stay and try our home as you would your own.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
