Monica lives in the South of Mexico in Tabasco, currently lives alone, however, every weekend and occasionally midweek visits her parents. The house is attached and is in a beautiful private residencial area, it is a small park, a palapa, pool and gym free for residents. The house has 4 bedrooms, entertainment room, kitchen and dining room. In Spring and Summer are hot weather, no problem because the house has a good air conditioning system. Monica works three days a week in a town located about 30 minutes by car from the city where you live and the other two days a week working in an office located in within the City.You like going to movies, listening to music, going to the beach, traveling and of course also cook, but can not do so between weeks weekends can do, likes pets, so having two a small puppy breed miniature schnauzer and other Large Breed Siberian Husky both are very loving and do not bite like to play and go to the park are a good company.

My native language Spanish, but English is talking, Basic Korean in which'm taking classes, and I am now beginning Chinese classes :) !!

About the Area
Mi Casa is located north of the main city of Villahermosa Tabasco, in a quiet and safe residential called Puerta Real, with 24 hour surveillance a park, a gym center, pool and palapa.
Near you find a variety of places with various shops, cafés, bars, restaurants and boutiques. And the city has 2 major shopping centers and large where you will find brands and excellent restaurants. It is also only a few minutes near the Autonomous University of Guadalajara, Campus Tabasco.
The airport is just 15 minutes away from the city. And the bus stop is on the main street where is located the Residencial.
Near the city:
Villahermosa is the capital and largest city of Tabasco and is connected to several municipalities that are only 30 minutes away. You can enjoy the beach, Zoo and Museum sale. Villahermosa has eco-tourism activities if you like adrenaline can enjoy ecotourism.
You can enjoy the archaeological beauties that our neighboring state has since "Palenque" city belonging to the State of Chiapas is two hours by car from Villahermosa and you know the architecture of our ancestors pyramidal beautiful and the food that our neighboring state has.

House Rules
No uncomfortable smoking in the house, however if you do keep the windows open to not smoke and stay home. Do not forget to take care of energy is important, if you intend to use any electronic device and turn on room lights where you want to be alone not forget unplugging appliances and turning off lights you occupy when you vacate, either a bedroom, living room or dining room. Do not invite strangers into the house, if you invite a friend, agrees that to me before. The house is comfortable and beautiful, if you want to use anywhere in the house just tries to keep it clean and try not to damage furniture. Enjoy your stay and treated my home like yours.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
