This Master Suite is separated from the house and that is extremely comfortable as you enter and leave at your convenience. It is independent but at the same time is inside the house.
The suite has a king size bed, living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel edge. It has laundry with washer and dryer.
The bathroom is very modern and comfortable, has a separation door for convenience, between the shower-toilet and sink.
We have air conditioning because if it is very hot here in Guadalajara, we are in a wooded and quiet street.
If you have a car do not worry, the garage is covered with automatic gate.
We are near important places as the Great Square, Square Andares, galleries square, Piazza Andares, Guadalajara Expo, American Colony, etc.
As we are on the ground floor and has no stairs handicap accessible.

About the Area
The neighborhood is next to a busy and with important and well-known avenues that connect you to anywhere you want to go to street and yet as soon as you turn residential streets, everything is quiet, comfortable and comforting.
We are in Zapopan which is part of the metropolitan area of Guadalajara. All this together and really is very close to many activities.

The payment method is by paypal. You need to deposit your payment. The cancellation policy is that you refund your payment 7 days in advance if it is necessary to cancel.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
