Entirely restored in 2018 and conveniently located near a number of attractions,my riad is a labor of love and offers beauty and comfort in a pure authentic morrocan design.
The main square Jema elfna and the highlights of Marrakesh monuments and museum's are within a short distance walking.
The private terrace is the perfect place to have a drink,unwinding and enjoying the sunrise and sunset, affording all privacy and stunning views up the imperial city and the snow-covered Atlas Mountains.
It’s all a private apartment with a double bedroom,a single room,a private shower and toilets,a private all equipped kitchen and a private terrace with a breathtaking view of the high Atlas Mountains and the Medina of Marrakesh that’s largely spacious for three travelers which is one booking,for one to three travelers.
Fawzy the host can take in charge the guest’s airport shuttle for a small fee of 12€.

It's proximity with the royal residence of the highness majesty the king of Morocco,and with no doubts the most beautiful,because of its location near the most visited monuments and historical sites like Al Bahia palace,Al Badi palace,the old Jewish quarter recently restored,the city hall of the Medina district,and the base of the auxilaries force's Jemmaa elfna square,the heart of Marrakesh Medina,and world humanity patrimony is in our district at 10mn walking from the ALMARKAB RIAD

We are glad we chose to stay in Fawzy’s place. The room was bigger than we expected, very cozy and quiet, which is an asset in heart of Médina. The bathroom is small, but sparkling clean. The kitchenette was fully equipped and just for us to use. There are also some guide books in the room, which helps in case you didn’t have time to plan for your travel too much. Adding an amazing personal rooftop terrace for breathtaking sunsets over the Médina and you have a perfect experience. Overall we were more than happy and would book again.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
