Our Home is located on Calm and luxury side of Marrakech, safe and quite part of city . We are 5 min Drive away from the city center and 10 min drive from Airport. You can access the public transport such as bus, taxi or private cabs. 5 min walk to Carrefour, burger king and other stores

Keep the Apartment Clean: Please maintain cleanliness throughout your stay. Clean up after yourself in the shared spaces, including the kitchen and living area. If you have any concerns about cleanliness, please notify the host.
Respect Fragile Items: The apartment is decorated with delicate and valuable items for showcase. Please refrain from touching or moving these items to avoid any accidental damage. If you have any questions about the items, feel free to ask the host.
Maintain a Calm Environment: This residence is known for its tranquility, so please keep noise levels to a minimum. Be considerate of the neighbors and other guests in the building, especially during late hours. Avoid hosting parties or events that may disturb the peaceful atmosphere.
Bedrooms and Private Bathroom: As a guest, you will have access to one of the bedrooms, which includes a private bathroom. Please respect the privacy of the owner's bedroom and use only the designated guest bedroom and bathroom.
Shared Living Area: The larger living area is equipped with a 55" Smart TV for your entertainment. Feel free to enjoy the TV and the shared space with other guests or the owner. However, please be mindful of others and take turns when using the TV or occupying the common area.
Shared Kitchen: The kitchen is shared between the owner and the guest. Please clean up after yourself when using the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and any appliances you may use. Be considerate and avoid leaving any food scraps or mess behind.
Smoking and Pets: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Pets are not allowed in the apartment, as some guests may have allergies or sensitivities.
Safety and Security: Ensure that all doors and windows are locked when you leave the apartment. Do not let strangers into the building or the apartment without the host's permission. If you have any safety concerns or notice any issues, please inform the host immediately.
Check-in and Check-out: Please adhere to the agreed-upon check-in and check-out times. If you require flexibility, kindly communicate with the host in advance to make suitable arrangements.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
