Hello, my name's Moud and I look forward to hosting you for your stay in Tetouan. our home is in a great location to get a real flavor of Tetouan life.
We all speak English, French, Spanish, and Arabic.
We have a lovely family home in a wonderful part of Tetouan: the heart of Tetouan. It is quiet and very safe & packed with local shops, restaurants (restaurant la Union, restaurant Ali Baba....) and a variety of cafe shops (Cafe Riad Blanco, Cafe Nipon). We're only 5 min walk from the market. A very quick and easy Journey to the Medina.
We specialize in providing a true Morrocan family home in a clean, warm and friendly environment.
All the bedroom are larges, they have been recently decorated to a very high standard. Each room has a desk/table, a bedlamp, a mirror, a hair-dryer, a closet/wardrobe, & a map of Tetuan.
The quoted price includes Bed, and BREAKFAST, hot water, clothes washing, room cleaning and FREE high-speed Wi-Fi internet connection. Morrocan crepes and menth tea or coffee is provided as a light breakfast.
We have been hosting international students and visitors for nearly 10 years.
Our house includes a kitchen a living room, & salon where you will have breakfast and dinner. A toilet/bathroom is available exclusively for guests.
we are only 10 mins walk to both CTM station and Suprator station (train).
Ideal for tourists or students wanting easy access to Tetuan City Centre.
10 minutes walk to the archeological museum. 10 min walk to “Dar Loughat” school and "Green Olive" art residency.
We are only 10 minutes by walk from the bus station and the taxi station around Tetouan, we are also 10 min walk from CTM bus station.Parking is only 10 min from our home

Additional Info
There is no better way to learn a foreign language than to speak it in everyday situations. Your host Yassine offers qualified language instruction in his native language Arabic. One hour of instruction costs 5.00 EUR. The classes will be given by the family member at the accommodation.

About the Area
Our homestay is a really good choice in Tetuan, Our house is located in a quiet neighborhood in the city center, We are only 10 mins walk from "CTM" bus station, 10 mins from the medina, 5 mins to the archeological museum and 5 min from “Dar Loughat” school.
and we are just 3 minutes walk from “Green Olive” art residency
,There is a bus stop directly outside the house which takes you around Tetouan, including the beaches, also a Taxi station.
the area has great restaurants, cafe shops and shops for guests to visit. It is an affluent area that is very safe. Guests love the tranquility the area has after a long hot day visiting the medina.

No parties, please.And Keep noise to a minimum after midnight.We also trust that if you come in late in the night you will be as quiet as possible.
We're available also for late night arrival, but not more than 21h on night.
Guests have access to the whole house except our private bedroom.
Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over we will have to agree in ADVANCE.Keep in mind that we reserve the right to accept or refuse.
Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home!
Smoking is permitted inside the house.but only in your bedroom, while keeping your door close, and windows open, and don’t smoke in the bed, please.
No pets or cats allowed inside the house
Feel free to use the kitchen for tea, but please clean up after!
It’s not allowed to consume Alcohol, porc, or any type of drugs (including weed) at the house. Please be respectful of our religion, and our culture.
We do reserve the right to check your Passport to match your identity just in case we feel the need to.

Great place, perfect location in the city center. Nice view in the evening. And most important: Great hospitality. Moud and his family are ready to help you with anything you need during your stay. Definitely a recommendation to anyone who want to enjoy their time in Tetouan!

I highly recommend staying with this host family. I had the best experience with my time with them in Morocco and they will answer any questions you have. From the delicious foods prepared for dinner to hanging out in cafes, the level of hospitality is incredible!!

You will not regret staying with this amazing family. They made my stay in Tetouan one of the most memorable experiences in my life. They will tell you all there is to do in the city and more. Excellent conversations were had with these kind and caring people. I will most definitely revisit Tetouan, and when I do, it will be in this exquisite home.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
