Two bathrooms with shower and two toilets are in home. Two water pumps some goats and a cow and some land where I grow organic vegetables and helper work on the farm is my properties.
• When does helper can come?
Helper (Volunteer) can start any time of the year. During their stay volunteers will have wide varieties of opportunities to interact with indigenous group of Nepal and also can observe their culture and feel the life history of them.
I offer food accommodation for extended stays. I welcome to volunteer (helper), traveler individual or in group. I provide separate rooms with electricity and internet facilities.
We offer opportunities as follows:
• Working in organic farming.
Helper (volunteer) can also be part of the life of organic farming and it’s importance. I have my farm (Garden) where I have planted different vegetables and helper will have opportunity to work on the farm to learn about traditional Nepalese organic farming practices.
• Teaching in government schools.
Teaching activities project covers in several community schools of Nepal. The community who are very poor and their kids can not afford additional private English classes to continue with their higher education. Helpers’ role can make changes in these children lives many of who dream speaking English.
Community schools are provided a single teacher among 60-100 students. The schools have minimum resources and the class rooms are of basic standard. Any voluntary teaching support is highly appreciated by both teacher and students. While volunteering in school helper will be generally assisted a teacher by providing support to make teaching more effective. If you are experienced teacher you can also provide direct support to the teachers enabling them to enhance their standard of teaching with modern methods.
Due to covid-19 we were also in trouble but now the cases are decreasing and the life is normal.
We have plantation program for helper and volunteers as we just finished plantation in a government school with volunteer from France.

• Bio Gas.
Bio Gas is one of our project aiming to decrease upto 0% depending on forest products as cooking fuels. People are depending on forest which cause minimizing the size of forest .Each family does have some cattle’s and using the waste of cattle’s and even humans’ building reactors can convert this raw materials into cooking fuels.
We support people in building reactors with their involvement and this is less expensive in long runs. The communities have well received this projects. Funding to build reactors is the most and valued support which ultimately will be helpful for environment conservation.
• Toilets for community.
We are working in impoverished areas of Nepal where people have enough income to build toilets for family so use the forest and bushes as the toilet. We have developed projects to provide toilets for the community.
• Health Camps.
Our community and children out of medical approaches so lack of medical check ups so we organize health camps in community and in school. I am Darius from UK and stayed with the family of Bhawani Devkota. The family of four members a son and a daughter were grown children with good communication skills. I found myself as living with my own family. I have really enjoyed my stay with this family in Chitwan. They were very helpful to me, also helped me with information how to get around and visit interesting places. The biggest benefits staying with local family was, that you can experience a local culture and to mix with local people. I will definitely advice anyone, traveling to Chitwan, Nepal choose this family house.
