Bhagawan and family welcome you to our warm and friendly typical family home stay in the beautiful peaceful, just 2 km from the center of Kathmandu. The place called Narsari chock, Banasthali, Nagarjun, Kathmandu. We are located for peaceful area and fresh air. We Have two bed room for guest who are interested stay with typical Nepali culture we give warm welcome. We would not have made it this far without the lovely souls who decided to call our property home away from home.
We have all comfortable amenities in our home including clean bathrooms, comfortable beds, free Wi-Fi, bike Parking and delicious home cooked organic breakfast is included in the price. You will be able to taste the traditional Nepali Dish.

Monthly rental is targeted at travelers who are in Nepal for a longer period of time for any particular reason. All the available rooms in our facility is available for monthly rental. The rooms are available for rent either for single occupancy or for group of maximum 5 pax.
The package includes free wifi. For an additional charges you can get access to kitchen and prepare the meal of your choice. If you are staying for a long term in Kathmandu and looking for a room rent, this accommodation would be very ideal for you. We invite you to stay for real Nepal experience, We look forward to welcoming you to our home soon. Also we are invited to join our volunteer program in Nepal where you can really make a difference.

This area near the city center also the greenery and clean. Near the place there is the queen forest it called in Nepali Rani ban. This place also walk-able distance to the Monkey temple. It so easy to get this place.

I really appreciated our stay at Bhagawan place. Nice rooms and fast wifi. He also offered great dal bat breakfast. Be aware that the property is a bit away from the city center. I would highly recommend Bhagawan as a host

Bhagawan and Manju were thoughtful, flexible, and generous hosts. Breakfast and dinner were hearty and delicious, and they didn't mind us looking over their shoulders as they were cooking. They made sure my daughter and I were comfortable, suggested things to do, even offered us a ride into the center of town. They talked about life in Nepal in ways that expanded our experiences.
In addition, staying with Bhagawan and Manju helps to support their work in placing volunteers in organizations throughout Nepal. We highly recommend their homestay!Host reply

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
