The house is located at Thali Kathmandu Nepal.The distance between Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM) to Thali is 9 Km by road.Boudhanath Stupa is a UNESCO World Heritage Site is 4km from homestay, another UNESCO heritage site Changu Narayan temple is 3km from here.Both heritage sites are the most popular tourist destination in the Kathmandu area.I am living in the house with my sister.We are two people in the house. We live on the third floor of the house .The accommodation is also available for the guest on the third floor as well. The first floor is rented to other family members.
I live in Dublin Ireland however I manage all requests on behalf of my sister's who look forward to welcome you to Kathmandu.

About the Area
My house is located on the east side of Kathmandu city. It is 14km from Kathmandu city centre and 20 minutes from Tribhuvan International airport. The bus stop is in front of the house.

House Rules
Guest are not allowed to smoke inside the house. There is smoking area outside the house. There are two securities gates on the side of the house. The gate will be closed after nine o'clock in the night. There is a separate kitchen on the 4th floor. Guest can use that kitchen . Free Wi-Fi is available to the guest. Airport drop in and pick service available on the request with extra charges(minimum 1000 rupees )There is a big garden on the back of the house. There is a small hut in the garden . Barbecue is allowed .

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
