We are not a hotel nor a guest house, but a family, and we want you to feel part of our family, so if there is anything we can do to make you feel more at home please do not hesitate to ask us.

Babu and Family Homestay NepalMy home is 6.92 ml away from central Kathmandu in the Kirtipur area. Our interests range from travel to television. We have 3 Doubles, 1 Triple, and 1 Twin available with Mirror.

About the Area
We are 6.92 ml away from the center of Kathmandu. When you confirm your booking you will get an email with our complete address so you won't have any problems finding us.
Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

Please be kind enough to follow these simple rules while you are living with our family
Please take off all shoes in the entrance hall
No smoking inside the Home. Smoking is allowed on the terrace or outside Lounge to be vacated by 10pm
Please turn off lights you are not using to save electricity
Please do not let the water run more than is necessary
No drugs of any kind allowed on premises
Please dress respectfully as it is traditional to cover the body in NepalPlease keep our home secure and double-lock the front door when entering and leaving the house
Please do not adjust the heat settings yourself, ask me and I will happily do it for you
Keep noise to a minimum after midnight please
Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance
Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
