The flat has three bedrooms, one is my private and two others I rent for guests, the Private Room in Amsterdam and the Private Room in Nice Amsterdam. I am an experienced host since 2014 and have great reviews on others platforms. Now, May 2020, I am getting started here to welcome you though Homestay.
The flat is very near the city center. Very near the Vondelpark and just beside the Rembrandt park, the two nicest parks in Amsterdam. With bike 10 minutes to Dam Square. And it's very relax and save neighborhood. Supermarkets, restaurants and the public transport is just around the corner as well as bicycle rental shops. And it's also easy to just walk to the city from here. Please note, each room I rent is strictly for a maximum of two persons.
Of course you may use the kitchen to prepare your own meals and I normally leave free space in the fridge for you to store your things. Meals are not included, you have to buy your own groceries. Coffee and the tea are Courtesy from the house and it’s always available for you in the kitchen.
Each room has it’s own key and you get the keys from the house as well so you are totally free to go in and out as you please, as it’s your own house, at anytime!
There’s a nice balcony with lots of trees and birds singing where you can sit on sunshine and where you may smoke whatever you want ;)

No parties. No children under 12. Smoking only in the balcony. No pets. Each room booked is strictly for a maximum of two persons.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
