Why we started ‘Logies Taverne’. We enjoy this very much. We are living our passion. Upon arrival, we like to welcome you personally and hand you the keys of the guest house. Whereupon you can join us for a coffee or tea and a homemade delicacy. Weather permitting, we will sit in one of the beautiful areas of the garden or we will gladly welcome you in our home, a former schoolmaster’s house. Besides that, we are always happy to make time for a chat with our guests.

Guest house Taverne offers guests in summer and winter an excellent and comfortable solution for pleasant short stay of a night or long term stay. With its own entrance this Homestay property is also extremely suitable if you need a break during your city trips for a night stay or more.
Conveniently located between the towns of Weert and Roermond in the centre of middle-Limburg province, our small rural village is an excellent starting point for trips and activities in the region.
Enjoy privacy at this cosy and self catering home with free Wi-Fi and off-street parking, available on private property in front or behind the garden gate.This rural/holliday cottage is detached from the main house, so you can enjoy your own privacy.
Guest House Taverne will be rented in its entirety, for you alone or your company. There will be no other guests than only you present during your stay.
Essentials like bed linen, towels etc. are provided and included in the price.
Tourist tax and cleaning fees are also included.
The guest house, built in the same style of the authentic, since 2012 designated as municipal monumental living house, consists of two floors.
On the ground floor you will find a sitting area with armchairs and TV, kitchen, bedroom with double bed and a spacious tiled bathroom.
On the first floor a loft area with an office space.
The guest house features a private terrace with an outdoor seating area. Guests also have access to a lusciously green garden with an outdoor swimming pool equipped with swimmingpool-cover open in summertime, partially enclosed by garden walls.
Guest house Taverne is located in Kelpen-Oler ( Middle-Limburg ) municipality of Leudal, Limburg province.
A little countryside village centrally located between the towns Weert (8 km) and Roermond (14 km) near the A2 with direct connection and acceptable travel times direction to the cities Eindhoven/Maastricht, within respectively 35-and 45-minute drive and N280 to Weert/Roermond, both towns can be reached within 15 minutes drive by car.
The village is located within a stone's throw
of the Belgium and German border and nearby the picturesque little white village of Thorn (10 km) and Design Outlet Centre Roermond (14 km). One of the largest outlet shopping center of the world,with over five million visitors a year. Open 363 days a year.
They all can be reached within a 15-minute drive.
A good bakery, butcher and a small supermarket are located in the neighbouring village of Ell at a distance of 2 km. The supermarket is also open on Sunday morning.

We offer the possilbility of ordering a light breakfast only for the first morning.
Longstays ability to use home-washing machine, in consultation we ask for extra fee.
Fondue, gourmet, stonegrill or similar is in the guest house not allowed.
Smoking only outside the guest house.
Outdoor swimmingpool is unheated but equipped with swimmingpool-cover, open in summertime.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
