The bedroom is within the main large family home. House is large enough that can have your own space. Sunny, warm, spacious, private house with reserve at the back.
The home is huge with 6 bedrooms, 3 lounges, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, laundry and dinning room. Will have use of own bathroom.
In our family home is me, and my 10 year old son, my 21 years old daughter lives in the granny flat with her partner.
I am from Manchester in the UK and emigrated to NZ in 2006. We own an axolotl (Dream) and a dog (Archie), he protects the home and is a big baby. We also have a Polydactyly cat called Mittens.

About the Area
Our house is located on the North Shore in a quiet and safe suburb. We are 19km from Auckland city, a 20 minutes’ drive.
The bus stop is 2 minutes’ walk from our house that takes you directly to the constellation bus station from there are lots of bus options. The coast is a 15-minute drive, and we have several beaches close by.
Close by to motorways, several malls, local shops, restaurants, cafes, parks, reserve walks, libraries, and Massy University.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
