We live in West Auckland, we are located not far from the city of Auckland, about a 15 - 20 min drive. We are looking to host people who will be relatively self sufficient, and take up all the great opportunities to get out around where we live.
We are walking distance from to parks, schools, busy restaurants and popular supermarkets and shopping areas. The bedroom is fully furnished with drawers a closet, and a desk. The kitchen / dining / living is all open plan, and the downstairs bathroom is all yours.
We have a great side deck and backyard for kiwi BBQ!
Our home is also close to a large selection of quality private and public transport options, suiting all budgets and travelling preferences

About the Area
Our house is located on the west side of Auckland city in a quite and safe suburb. We are about 15 km away from the city center.
There is a bus stop only 2 minutes walk from our place and there are lots of bus options using this stop as well as a train station only a 15 minute walk from our house.
The area is full of busy shopping centers and cafes as well as some park and playgrounds

House Rules
No other guests without informing, no swearing, and no drinking at our home. Guests are require to keep the noise to a minimum after 9pm, and clean up after meals.
Live considerately as you would if you were living at your own home and everything will be fine.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
