About the Homestay
Approximately 7 - 10 minutes away from scenic One Tree Hill and beautiful Cornwall Park. About 15 minutes’ drive to Auckland CBD and about the same time to Auckland Airport, this property is situated in a very central location in Onehunga, about 5 minutes away from the very famous, exciting and ever bustling shopping mall, DressSmart (mostly Factory Outlet stores).
I live in a lovely 3 bedroom house on a well maintained and fenced large section. I have a pet and he is an obedient, overly friendly and an intelligent little toy poodle. With us, lives a long term flatmate/friend.

Guests are expected to be clean, quiet and tidy, no smoking allowed in the premises as this is a smoke free home and please follow and respect house rules. Try to be home not later than 11pm. Thank you. Please pay half of total amount (minus booking fee with Homestay.com) for your stay at my place upon confirmation of booking to me and the other half upon arrival at my place. Thank you for your interest and enquiry.
Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days’ notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded.”

Manju was very friendly and hospitable to the very best of her ability. She provided everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
I can not be more pleased with our home stay. We were so welcomed into her home. Manju was the perfect host and her gorgeous little dog was just adorable (and very clean). The room we stayed was immaculate and the bed was so comfortable. I want to thank you for everything and making our stay in Auckland so memorable. We will definatley book again for our next concert. 6 Stars.. you went over and above. Thanks again.
It was a wonderful stay. Manju is a perfect host for my 10days stay. The house was better than expected. I never felt like away from home. Beside the stay, she drove me around Auckland City and kept explaining on the local lifestyles and gave inside tips. Every now and than she cooked some snack meals. Overall I do have a home to stay more than a homestay in Auckland.
It was amazing days that I have spend in Manju house. She was such helpful and great woman. Also her dog Mamu is nice lovely littel dog. I really recommend people to stay in this nice Homestay.
Nice place, and Manju make everything to keep a good enviroment in the house.
How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
