Our House is located 3 stops from the city and there is a direct train to Britomart from Glen Innes train station and takes about 8 to 10 mins to the train station. The bus stop for number 745 to the city and beaches is only 2 to 3 mins walk. Pak and Save , cafes and restaurants are only minutes away.

3.Use water and close the taps or shower after use.No wastage of water allowed.
4.No Hangings allowed on the walls of any kind or writing or touching the walls with dirty hands.
5.Avoid elaborate cooking and all food cooked should be with safety precautions.
6.Guests are allowed with permission and after details have been disclosed.
7.No guests are allowed to stay overnight.
8.Alcohol is allowed to reasonable limits.
9.No flammable materials allowed without permission and reason for their use.
10. Any other reason to cause breach of Safety, Health, Security and not favorable for the Environment are not acceptable.
You will need to send scanned copies of your passport and covid-19 status.
11.Any item damaged must be compensated in full for the price of the damage.
14.Bathrooms and toilets after use must be left clean.

    Very lovely home and close to supermarkets and food stores. He is a nice host, very respectful and helpful. Made our stay very comfortable for me and my little sister.

How do I book?

Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.

When do I pay?

Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.

When can I share my contact details?

Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
