Single level brick house, immaculately presented and handy to absolutely everything. The location's got everything you could want. It closes to the parks, a transport bus stop to CBD in walking distance, the Westgate shopping centre and restaurants. Library and supermarkets are very close by, plus easy access to the motorways to the CBD within 20mins on highways, easy to go to all major attractions in the north and west. House is quiet and comes with brand new furniture. Free parking available on the street outside or in front of the garage. Clean a large double bedroom with a queen-size bed, suitable for a couple, bathroom attached to the room, walking wardrobe. Free coffee, tea, and candies for guests plus an electric piano and Netflix installed in a 65' smart TV in the lounge for your entertainment.

About the Area
Our house is sitting at the top of a hill, so it has a beautiful view by the nightfall. Walking distance five mins to supermarket, two mins driving to Westgate shopping centre for a petrol station, fast-food, high fashion shops, restaurant for a day's wandering. There is free parking available on the street.
Excellent bus service to the Auckland CBD (take 40 ~45 mins depending on the time of day). It's an excellent choice to explore Auckland CBD, and you won't stress you out finding a car park with an expensive parking cost. Bus stop only 100 meters from our house.
From our location, you can travel smoothly visit sightseeing to the west ( Muriwai beach, bells beach or Piha beach ), to the North for Kumeo strawberry farm, Sunday farmer flea market at Kumeo ( or Avondale only takes ten mins driving from the highway) or just takes 8 mins driving to West Habour side to enjoy the beautiful sunny day :)

We stayed one night at Viet Tien's house and it was really pleasant. Viet Tien was fastly available and the welcoming was very warm. Cheers !
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
