This self-contained flatette with 1 double bedroom, bathroom-laundry and kitchen-lounge, is fully furnished, very attractive, clean and private. Part of a large 1930's bungalow, it is completely separated, with it's own private entrance through French doors from the large low-level deck (which you are welcome to enjoy). The unit has everything you'll need including free wifi, and there's a good parking space for a car on the driveway.
It's a one minute walk to the bus stop and 6 minutes to the train (with just 5 stops to the CBD).
We think Mt Albert is has fantastic local facilities.
The leafy, heritage neighbourhood is surrounded by parks, walks, village centre and mall, and is quiet at night. There are a number of facilities locally (mall, beach, heated pool, squash, tennis, gym, zoo, transport museum, movies, cafes and restaurants). We are within walking distance of tertiary education institutions and a public golf course.

About the Area
The self contained unit (next to my home) is in an established, very leafy and peaceful central suburb of Auckland. It's a one minute walk to frequent buses, a five minute walk to the train station and an eight minute drive by car. The village is a 10 minute walk and the mall is a 15 minute walk in the other direction. We are surrounded by parks, cycleways and walkways. There's lots to do locally (cafes, zoo, local, movies, restaurants, beach, mountain).

Had a lovely stay here. Great location. The room has a seperate entrance. The kitchen has everything you need. I would recommend this home .

Molto bene, la padrona di casa è molto gentile e disponibile, carina bilocale con i servizi ottimi e si trova in vicinanza di tutti i trasporti pubblici. Mi ha regalata anche la buona frutta che cresce nel proprio orto, quindi in somma tutto perfetto.

I had a wonderful 7-week stay! The self-contained unit is lovely, clean, and equipped with everything you could need. The location is peaceful and green, with supermarkets, parks, and bus/train station conveniently close by. Christine is a warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful host. She provided tips on things to do in the area and ensured everything was perfect throughout my stay. I truly enjoyed my time there and felt completely at home. I would love to return in the future. Thank you, Christine, for my delightful stay!

We loved our stay. Stayed for 2 weeks en Chriss was super friendly and helpful. Spend a day together playing boardgames en cooking. Will help you with everything and give information to get around the city. Love her!

Not only is the studio perfectly equipped and has everything you need, the perfect location, 20 minutes to the city center by bus. But above all Christine is an incredible person! For her you are not just a tenant but a person to whom she pays attention...

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
