We are centrally situated and have a warm and comfortable home. In this homestay you are treated with kindness and respect. It takes about twenty minutes by bus to reach the city centre. There is a bathroom separate for the homestay guest. I am a single stay at home mother and have a young son aged 9. We have a dog who used to be a guide dog for the blind- very well behaved! We love exploring Auckland and would enjoy the chance to show you around this beautiful city. Internet, power, laundry is included. I can negotiate meals with you if you wish. This site incorrectly says I only include a light breakfast and wont let me alter this ! The room is are warm and comfortable. We have shops, parks and leisure centres close by. I am an experienced homestay host and receive very high reviews from guests who have stayed with me. I am sorry but I only accept female guests. I can negotiate price with you depending on length of your stay.

We are very close to excellent bus routes. there is a shopping mall, sports centre and lots of parks close by. There are local shops, cafes, bars and restaurants close by. The airport is twenty minutes away.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
