Three bedroom, two storey townhouse in the suburb of Botany on the south/east side of Auckland, overlooking a golf course, a creek and a reserve. Near a major shopping centre, several beaches, public transport and all amenities.
You must be an animal lover as I have a dog, a number of cats, chickens, and a cockatiel :-) The bedroom available is downstairs (other bedrooms are upstairs), and you share the bathroom with the family.
House is older but comfortable, and you don't have to watch your every step for fear of getting something dirty :-) I'm relaxed and easy-going, and happy to accommodate whatever you might need... Ideas on things to do? Easy! Guide around town outside working hours? No problem!
No smokers please :-)

About the Area
We are about 20-30 minutes from town (not in rush hour!) but have two major shopping centres 5 and 20 minutes away. The airport is only 20-30 minutes away also, and there are lots of cafes and restaurants in the area and surrounding suburbs.
Lots of little (and not so little) beaches within 10-15 minutes drive, plenty of parks, movie theatres and bus stops within a few minutes drive. Nearest train station is about 20 minutes drive away, or you could drive 10 minutes to the ferry and catch one into town :-)

Jewels was my first stay when I arrived in NZ. I was picked up from the airport by her daughter because she had to work. My room was cleaned up and had a big cozy bed, I could use everything in the house. From the beginning Jewels was interested to cope with everything and helped me if needed. She is a very very helpful and kind person. That´s the reason why I came back to her for a few days when I needed to go back Auckland. I really recommend her, thank you!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
